U.S. Kids Golf began with a simple but defining problem — children were walking away from the game, not because they didn’t enjoy it, but because the equipment they were using made it too difficult.
Clubs were too heavy, grips didn’t fit, and young players were forced to adapt to gear never built for them. The result? Poor swing habits, lack of confidence, and avoidable injury.

The science of grips
Often overlooked, grip is one of the most critical elements in a young golfer’s development.
A grip that is too large or too small can restrict wrist action, reduce control, and lead to compensations that affect the entire swing. For young players, this becomes even more important.
Because children of the same height can have very different palm sizes and strength, U.S. Kids Golf designs grips with precision to complement each club category. We also offer specialised training grips that encourage correct hand placement and build strong fundamentals from the start.

Rajesh Srivastava is a leader in junior golf development, transforming the sport across major Indian cities and the broader Asian region. As President of U.S. Kids Golf Asia and India, he has built a dynamic ecosystem that empowers young athletes to compete on an interconnected global circuit.
A cornerstone of this growth is Mr. Srivastava’s strategic adoption of the proven U.S. Kids Golf formula. By implementing this tested framework in India, he has made golf accessible and fun through age-specific equipment, tailored yardages, and a focus on family interaction — removing geographical boundaries and allowing players to utilize their Priority Status to compete in events worldwide.
